Return Policy – Electronics & Open-Box Items
Important Notice
Due to the nature of electronics and open-box items, all returns are subject to inspection and approval.
Open-Box Items
Open-box items are products that may have been opened for inspection, display, or photos but are unused and in like-new condition unless otherwise stated.
- Open-box items are final sale
- No returns or refunds unless the item arrives defective or not as described
Electronics (New Items)
We accept returns on new electronic items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts are included
- The item shows no signs of use, damage, or tampering
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Open-box items (unless defective or incorrect)
- Used electronics
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear
- Clearance or final sale items
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
If approved, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Returned items must be shipped using a trackable service
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after inspection
- Refunds may be denied if the item shows signs of use or damage
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items, subject to availability.
